Shipping & Returns: All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We will advise you of availability of any out of stock items. As our website is live and interactive, we aim to only show “in stock” items. If there is high demand for a certain item, the website may show that the item is “in stock” when in fact it is sold out. In such an event you will be contacted as soon as possible. Be assured that no payment will be taken until stock orders and availability have been confirmed
Delivery Times We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. Our orders are despatched via the most relevant Royal Mail service applicable. (see Charges)
Charges: UK Delivery - All jewellery items will be sent via 'Recorded Delivery' for £2.50, All giftware will be sent via 'Recorded Delivery' for £4.50. Postage will be FREE for all orders over £100 in value.
Overseas Delivery - We are happy to accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. Post and packaging charges will apply according to destination and the details will be entered automatically at the checkout. Overseas orders will be sent via International Registered or International Recorded Delivery depending on the country of destination.
Cancellation and returns - You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, we would appreciate a brief explanation which would help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days from the date of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us first. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.You must ensure that the goods are packaged securely and adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed..
Returns: All of our online items carry a full money back guarantee. Any item can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of the goods for a full refund or exchange. Cancelled orders also qualify for a full refund. The customer will be liable for the cost of return carriage. Please ensure that the items are in good condition. Remember to include your name, address and order number and to specify whether you would like a refund or exchange.
